Phillip Holden

Phillip Edward Holden is a Partner in the firm. Mr. Holden maintains an aggressive approach to litigation in order to obtain the best results for his clients. Mr. Holden’s practice areas include products liability, and commercial litigation, with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device products. He has also worked on a number of Multi-District Litigation steering committees.

Born and raised in Miami, Mr. Holden earned a Bachelor in Accounting from Florida International University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the University of Miami Law School, where he was Vice President of the Criminal and Tax Law Societies. While in law school, he clerked at the Miami-Dade Police Department Legal Bureau. There, he contributed to an article on consular notification that was published in two journals and participated in the formation of the department’s taser policy.

Mr. Holden engages in pro bono work in the community and donates to local causes.
