Richard Duarte

Richard Duarte was born in Havana, Cuba arriving in the United States in 1963 at age six. He lived in New York until 1987 when he moved his family to Miami. Richard was a banker for over fifteen years, leaving his position as assistant vice president with Citibank International to pursue the practice of law.

As a partner at the firm, Richard heads up the Auto and Premises Department concentrating in all areas of personal injury, including auto, boat and motorcycle accidents, slip & fall accidents, and animal attacks.

Richard received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Communications from Adelphi University in 1986, and his Juris Doctor in 1992 from the University of Miami. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Dade County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
