Xavier Navarro Associate Attorney

Xavi has spent the past 16 years working across finance, tech, and legal space. Xavi is currently an Associate Attorney focused on product liability, tobacco litigation, and jury consulting. He has been involved in helping clients secure over $100 million in verdicts. He has helped try large product liability cases and also worked in jury selection in large Multi-District Litigation cases. He is currently barred to practice law in Florida, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. Prior to The Alvarez Law Firm, he worked in the technology industry having served as the Director of Business Development at Entic dedicated to revenue-generating activities, marketing, and partner recruitment initiatives and in New York City in IBM’s Wall Street Unit focused on technology sales to large investment banks, retail brokerage firms, asset managers, and commercial insurance. Xavi also spent time in the finance sector working in the retail brokerage units of Citigroup’s Smith Barney and Wachovia Securities servicing large net-worth individuals and entities structure and balance portfolios through various investment strategies.

Xavi achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Florida with minors in entrepreneurship and mass communications. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Xavi earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida International University College of Law where he achieved Dean’s List Honors every semester and also received the Cali Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts and International Law. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 girls.
