Phillip Edward Holden is a Partner in the firm. Phillip maintains an aggressive approach to litigation in order to obtain the best results for his clients. Phillip’s practice areas include personal injury and product liability, with a focus on tobacco litigation. He has also worked on a number of Multi-District Litigation steering committees. He has argued before courts in many states, including Illinois, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, and Hawai`i.

Born and raised in Miami, Phillip earned a Bachelor in Accounting from Florida International University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the University of Miami Law School, where he was Vice President of the Criminal and Tax Law Societies. While in law school, he clerked at the Miami-Dade Police Department Legal Bureau. There, he contributed to an article on consular notification that was published in two journals and participated in the formation of the department’s taser policy.
